Just in Time for Spring Salads - New Dressings from Rising Sun Farms


Phoenix, OR (February 24, 2010) - All-natural food manufacturer and specialty food innovator, Rising Sun Farms, announces its latest product line: Oil Free Balsamic Dressings & Marinades. The line includes three unique flavor blends packaged in 8 oz glass bottles: Lemon Thyme, Pomegranate and Raspberry.  All are four years shelf stable.

The flavorful dressings are cholesterol and fat free, with low carbs, calories and sodium. Elizabeth Fujas, owner and president of Rising Sun Farms, says the goal with the dressings was to maximize the taste and appeal of the products, while minimizing the less desirable aspects found in typical grocery store dressings. “We wanted to create a product that was perfect for today’s savvy consumer, who wants healthy food at great prices, without compromising on quality and taste.” 
 
The Oil Free Balsamic Dressings & Marinades are highly versatile and can be used as meat and chicken marinades, fish sauces, and cheese drizzles, in addition to the finishing touch on salads and greens.
