Phoenix, OR (February 16, 2010) - Rising Sun Farms® Chile Lime Cheese DipnSpread® was awarded the top prize for new products at the recent National Grocers Association (NGA) Convention held in Las Vegas.   The Chile Lime Cheese DipnSpread® stood out from the large crowd of other products on display.   
 
Elizabeth Fujas, owner and president of Rising Sun Farms, says their team worked hard to create an impact with their latest flavor. “We wanted to craft something new and exciting for the marketplace and buck the trend of ho-hum dips with mediocre ingredients. We took the best cream cheese on the market and added a splash of tangy lime and touch of red chile for a unique flavor burst that’s not too hot, creating great appeal for consumers’ tastes.” 
 
Chile Lime Cheese DipnSpread® is versatile as a dip for chips, shrimp and veggies, or as a tasty spread for sandwiches and tortillas. This recent accolade adds to the growing list of honors awarded to the Rising Sun Farms DipnSpread® line. Since its recent debut, the all-natural line of six cream cheese dips has won four national awards.
